Company Leaders

Jean Marc-Aurèle

Former chief of police for Laval from 1988 to 1997. He founded Gardium after being head of security for Biochem Pharma from 1998 to 2001. His mission: To offer a customer service and imputability that surpasses the standards of the private security industry.

Dany Laflamme

Vice-president in the strategic development for an important company of venture capital in Quebec with more than 5 billion dollars in assets, he joined Gardium in 2003. He has directed Secor, Canada’s most important private consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, from 1990 to 1999.

Michel Morin

Michel Morin is considered a leader in work-related conflicts in Quebec. His professional route in the private security industry for the last 30 years is proof of his skills. With efficiency and added value at the core of his approach, he knows how to answer the strategic challenges of the decision-makers.
